Northern Mariana Islands is a territory of the U.S.A., thus, uses U.S. stamps.

She says "Hafa Adai! (pronounced HALF A DAY which means HELLO in their native language, Chamorro) This postcard shows my favorite Torii from the Japanese era here in Tinian. Today, there are mana Japanese ruins including several parts of buildings of the sugar processing factory and shrines.."
